Rates & Policies

Listed below, you will find our current rates and policies. If you do not find the information you need, please contact our office and we will provide it for you. Also, please note the following:

  • Bylaws require each household to obtain its own individual water meter.
  • Failure to receive a water bill does not change the due date: by the of 15th of each month.
  • Payments post marked after the 15th will be delinquent. The water system is not responsible for delays caused by mail services.
  • No calls or second notices to members will be sent to those who have past due accounts.
  • Accounts must be paid in full prior to reconnection.
  • Water will not be turned back on after 4:30 pm or on weekends.
  • Anyone found tampering with any water system facilities, without permission from Board Members or Operations Manager, will leave the water system no alternative but to file charges and prosecute through legal actions.

Our community's water meters are read each month between the 15th and 20th. Please contact our office for any additional information.

Reconnection Fee

Accounts must be paid in full prior to reconnection. Current reconnection fee is $75.
